Magnificent and quiet place, I appreciated to be here.
It had all needed for party in Rouffach.

Lovely and charming castle with a fairy tale-like ambiance. Great location, easily accessible to major attractions and highways.- Enjoyed the spa facilities and had a relaxing evening at the restaurant.
Some areas of the room were not as clean as expected, raising concerns about overall cleanliness. Inconsistent staff behavior, with some being very nice while others were disagreeable.

The dinner in the restaurant was super romantic. On the terrace you can see very far I mean you can even see the Vosges. The food was delicious, something really special. The gnocchi were a dream! A special place, especially if you travel with your partner. The bed was super comfortable and huge! And the pool was perfect on this hot summer weekend. We would come back and recommend it to our friends!
The room was unfortunately not the promised with a view over the vineyards. Very dark and just on the ground.

The staff and food were wonderful, and the atmosphere was GREAT. They offered us excellent meals, had lots of options to choose from.

We got great value for our money and the room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful views and comfortable amenities. The location was perfect, surrounded by vineyards and close to alternative dining options. The staff treated us wonderfully, providing some of the best service we've ever experienced in France.
The breakfast could have been improved.

The environment is beautiful and the interior of the chateau too, especially terrace and restaurant. The mattress is very comfortable and the comforters pleasant. The breakfast buffet is rich and very good, but what you can expect for 25 euros.
Our room was in the annex. Ancient bathroom, water did not drain, everywhere black edges and boulder, shower wall leaking. The dinner was not according to the price-performance ratio. The second night we ate in a restaurant in a neighboring village and were much happier.

Breakfast top, location excellent, dinner very good, very good bed
Reception not unfriendly, but busy. Noise on the roof during the whole night. Bathroom very small and tight. Furnishing a bit old

The spa was not terrible. Useless shower, no lock at the toilet, cold water in the Jacuzzi, dirty windows. We were "upgraded" for a small amount (40€) to a "nicer" room in the castle in stead of the annex. No clue how the annex room was, but the castle room was acceptable - not more. Quite small, with a small bathroom, small TV-set and a large useless hall. ¨Nice window view though. Breakfast was ok but very expensive. Dinner was nice (gourmet style) but the cellar room becomes quite boring after an hour and the complete dinner took 2 hours.

The location is excellent. The swimming pool is small but nice. The Jacuzi has a beautiful view of the vineyards.
The price / performance ratio is not right. The double room at 240 EURO without a balcony and a tiny bathroom, with a shower without water pressure. The menus overpriced, but good quality.

The location here is fantastic, making it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and the staff are incredibly pleasant and friendly throughout our stay.
